This month, we are highlighting our client’s home in Coconino Estates. They purchased their home with Flagstaff Realty Group back in 2015 and renovated the whole interior including all new paint and flooring throughout, new energy efficient windows, white-washed the brick walls, and even added an additional third bedroom.

In the kitchen, they moved the laundry closet to the garage in order to make space for a pantry and fridge. They installed new appliances, painted the cabinets, added new countertops, and updated the hardware.

In the hall bathroom, they tiled the entire shower, replaced lighting, and installed a new double vanity.

In the second bedroom, they custom built storage for the homeowner’s music collection.
