We love that our clients and the Flagstaff community take pride in their home ownership. That’s why we started our monthly Homeowner Highlight—to show off a local resident’s home renovations and improvements!
This month we are highlighting one of our favorite clients! They bought a Foxglenn home on Fox Lair last fall. This summer they painted the whole exterior themselves! The house had the original exterior (or at least it looked like the original) and they filled over 40 woodpecker holes! If anyone has woodpecker problem, they know how to get rid of them.

The previous owner had painted the counter-tops and turned the kitchen peninsula into an island leaving an awkward open space. Our clients put in new counter-tops, back-splash and created a trash/recycle cabinet in the old opening.

They replaced the carpet in the living area with a laminate wood that matches the tongue and groove ceiling. This included removing the “carpet baseboard” and re-texturing the walls.
